CDS Defence Support poised for further growth with training team expansion

CDS Defence Support is delighted to announce that Jani Marok has been named Head of Special Projects

Having played a key role in the establishment and growth of the company’s Training and Research division, CDS Defence Support is delighted to confirm that Jani Marok will become the company’s Head of Special Projects.

In this role, Jani will play a vital part in the development of future capability for CDS DS with particular emphasis on the fields of Training, Education and Research.

Drawing on his years of experience both in and out of uniform, Jani will assist with the creation and delivery of key elements of the company’s 3-5-year growth plans. As we seek to achieve our aim of becoming a leading provider of world class, innovative services to the defence sector, it is vital that we continue to identify and build on key future trends to ensure we, and the organisations we work with, continue to stay one step ahead.

This appointment will mean that Jani will relinquish day to day management responsibility for the company’s Training Department, however he will continue to be a vital contributor to the team’s success by providing support to sales, key account management and operational delivery.

CDS DS is pleased to announce the appointment of Phaedra Gibson as the company’s new Head of Training & Research. Phaedra moves to this role having acted as Deputy Head of the Training and Research division for 12 months. During her time with CDS DS, Phaedra has helped to deliver several key client projects and has been instrumental in the recent growth of the company’s capability. Phaedra will now work with members of the company’s senior management team to effect the continued growth of the company’s Training and Education business.

I am thrilled to confirm these two key appointments for the business and look forward to working with both Jani and Phaedra as we continue to deliver innovative training and research solutions to the defence and security sector ”
