DVD 2026 Apple Watch Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the CDS Defence & Security Apple Watch SE prize draw taking place at DVD 2026, UTAC Millbrook.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The prize draw is promoted by CDS Defence & Security (“CDS DS”).

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to attendees of DVD 2026 aged 18 or over.
Employees of CDS Defence & Security and representatives of the Spearhead alliance are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Duplicate business cards submitted by the same individual may be removed from the draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must place their business card into the designated prize draw collection point on the CDS Defence & Security stand at DVD 2026.
The business card must contain sufficient contact information for CDS Defence & Security to identify and contact the entrant.
Entries cannot be submitted on behalf of another person.
4. Prize
There are two prizes available across the event.
Each prize consists of one Apple Watch SE.
One Apple Watch SE will be awarded in each prize draw.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
5. Prize Draw Times
The first prize draw will take place at approximately 3:00pm on Day 1 of the competition.
The second prize draw will take place at approximately 2:00pm on Day 2 of the competition.
Entries must be received before the relevant draw takes place.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible business cards entered into the relevant draw.
The random selection will be conducted fairly and under appropriate supervision.
6. Winner Notification and Collection
Winners will be announced at the CDS Defence & Security stand following each draw.
Entrants are encouraged to return to the stand at the relevant draw time.
Where possible, CDS Defence & Security will also attempt to contact the winner using the contact details provided on their business card.
Winners will be asked to return to the CDS Defence & Security stand to receive their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, CDS Defence & Security reserves the right to select another eligible entrant at random.
7. Winner Photography
CDS Defence & Security may invite each winner to take part in a photograph with their prize at the stand.
Any photography used for promotional purposes, including on the CDS Defence & Security website or social media channels, will be subject to the winner's agreement.
Declining to be photographed will not affect an entrant's entitlement to receive their prize.
8. Personal Information and Marketing
Personal information contained on submitted business cards will be processed by CDS Defence & Security for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility and contacting winners.
CDS Defence & Security may also use the business contact details provided to send relevant B2B communications, including company news, insights, services, events and other updates, where permitted by applicable data protection and electronic marketing legislation.
Where personal data is processed for B2B marketing purposes, CDS Defence & Security may rely on its legitimate interests where appropriate.
Marketing communications will identify CDS Defence & Security as the sender and will provide recipients with a clear way to unsubscribe or object to further marketing at any time.
Where applicable law requires consent before electronic marketing can be sent, CDS Defence & Security will not use participation in the prize draw alone as evidence of that consent.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the CDS Defence & Security Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time.
9. Fairness and Disqualification
CDS Defence & Security reserves the right to reject or remove any entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
the entrant is not eligible;
more than one entry has been submitted by the same person;
false or misleading information has been provided; or
the entrant has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.
CDS Defence & Security's decision regarding the administration of the draw will be final.
10. Changes or Cancellation
CDS Defence & Security reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will be made in a way that is fair to existing entrants wherever reasonably possible.
11. General
The prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
CDS Defence & Security reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and winner before awarding a prize.
